The Horn of Africa Policy Institute is non-partisan, independent organization dedicated to informing US policy towards the Horn of Africa through independent and objective research.  Our mission includes the promotion of policy proposals that facilitate regional peace and stability, socio-economic development and creation of free and open societies in the Horn Africa.
